Forms collect your name, email, password hash, account verification data, enrollments, billing address, agreement acknowledgements and material access. Processing relies on KVKK Article 5/2(c) for membership and service performance, 5/2(ç) for legally required financial records, and 5/2(f) for proportionate account security and abuse prevention. Passwords are not stored as plain text. This version collects no card details.

Titles, note text and related session details that you enter in Companion are stored with your account. Notes are not displayed to other participants or the instructor; they appear only in your personal learning space. Archived notes remain in your account and can be restored. Cancelling an enrollment does not delete personal notes. Contact the provider for requests concerning your account data.

Necessary data may be shared with hosting, database, file storage, transactional email and session providers for limited service purposes. The live stack uses Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob and Resend; processing may occur abroad. An applicable KVKK Article 9 transfer mechanism must be implemented for international transfers. The session provider supplies its own notice at joining. Marketing permission is not a membership condition.

Data is retained while needed for the account/service relationship and applicable legal retention duties, then deleted or anonymized. Account rate-limit records are cleared after 24 hours. Exercise KVKK Article 11 rights to information, correction, erasure, objection and compensation by contacting the provider; requests are answered within 30 days. Acknowledging this notice does not constitute consent.
