Kerem Kılıç combines academic depth, case-based teaching experience, and corporate decision-making practice. He designs applied executive programs that help managers improve judgment, structure complex choices, and build stronger decision systems.

A PhD in Strategy from HEC Paris, an MSc in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University. His teaching and research sit at the intersection of strategy, organizational decision-making, uncertainty, and managerial judgment.
Kerem has completed Harvard Business School case-method program development training. Stratify programs use cases, structured discussion, decision tools, and application exercises that help managers rehearse difficult choices before they face them in the business.
Before his academic and executive-education work, Kerem gained M&A experience at J.P. Morgan and Odin Financial Advisors. That corporate decision-making background informs how Stratify connects rigorous ideas to real strategic choices.
A former Sabancı University faculty member, Kerem has extensive executive-education experience with middle and senior managers.
