Use the cancellation request form on your Companion session page or email your order reference. Request time is recorded and an administrator reviews it. Submission does not automatically refund or cancel enrollment; the outcome is communicated to you. Demo mode collects no money, so there is no monetary refund.

Rights described in the pre-contract notice remain reserved. No additional fee is charged for provider-cancelled sessions. In a live payment version, approved refunds will use the original payment channel within applicable statutory periods. The absence of a recording or inability to attend does not automatically remove statutory rights.
