The buyer is the member identified by name and address in the order record. The service comprises personal attendance at the listed webinars and assigned Companion materials. Order lines, dates, total price and the accepted agreement version form part of the order record.

Joining links are provided in Companion; materials and recordings are limited to the scope stated on the session page. Members are notified of cancellation or material changes. If a revised date is unsuitable, support handles cancellation/refund requests. Applicable statutory notice and refund periods apply where the provider cannot deliver the service.

A demo order is not a real payment or tax invoice. Accepted pre-contract information, agreement text and the order summary are retained in your account and sent by email. Provider registry/tax details, payment procedures and the final agreement will be completed before real sales. No term removes statutory consumer rights.
