The order summary identifies the course, date, start/end times, language and total price including tax. Times use Europe/Istanbul. The service comprises live online education and assigned Companion materials. You provide internet access and a compatible browser; there is no physical delivery.

For sessions available for purchase, the payment method, total price including tax and obligation to pay are displayed before confirmation. Paid enrollment requires a successful transaction verified by the payment provider; returning from the payment screen alone does not confirm payment. Following enrollment confirmation, joining details and assigned materials are provided in Companion. An order record is not a tax invoice; the invoice is issued separately.

Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions apply according to the nature of the service and the required information and consent; access to the membership area alone does not waive withdrawal rights. Submit written notice by email with your order reference or use the request field in Companion. Reviewing a request does not postpone statutory deadlines. Consumer arbitration committees and applicable mediation and consumer court procedures are available within the relevant jurisdictional and monetary limits.
