Stratify Online provides live online education and assigned digital learning materials. No physical goods are shipped; there is no warehouse dispatch, shipment to a delivery address or shipping fee. The address requested at checkout is for billing.

Paid enrollment is confirmed after the payment provider verifies a successful transaction. The joining link and assigned readings/documents are provided on the relevant session in your Companion account. Materials follow the scope and access terms stated on the session page. Check your account and joining details; contact us with your order reference if you have an access problem.

The date, start/end time, language, number of sessions and scope are shown before purchase on the session page. Times use Istanbul time (UTC+3). The interval between purchase and training depends on the selected schedule. Live training is delivered upon completion of the advertised session or the program’s final session. Any continuing material access follows the terms stated on the session page.

Participation requires an internet connection, audio/video access and a device/browser compatible with the joining link. A recording or certificate is not promised unless stated on the session page. Cancellation, rescheduling or inability to provide the service are handled under the Distance Service Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy; statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
