We founded Stratify after years of looking closely at how organizations make their most important decisions. What we saw was clear: most performance problems came not from a lack of talent, but from poorly designed decision processes.
Traditional executive training often inspired but rarely changed behavior. We set out to build something different — case-based, tailored to each organization, and measurable — combining academic rigor with the realities of the field.

He earned his PhD in Strategy at HEC Paris, his master’s at the London School of Economics (LSE), and his bachelor’s at Middle East Technical University (METU). He served as a faculty member at Sabancı University for five years.
Before academia, he worked in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at J.P. Morgan. He has designed and led executive development programs in decision science and managerial behavior across many organizations.
